This page explains what Foundation Repair Chattanooga TN (foundationrepairchattanoogatn.com) is, who does the hands-on work and how the website is paid for. It applies to requests about homes in Chattanooga, TN, in Cleveland, TN, and in East Ridge, Red Bank, Signal Mountain and Soddy-Daisy.

What we are. Foundation Repair Chattanooga TN is an advertising and information website about foundation services. It is not a contractor. It holds no contractor's license and no Home Improvement license, and it does not do, offer or present itself as doing home improvement or foundation work. It does no plumbing or electrical work. It does not inspect, assess, engineer, price, estimate, bid on, schedule, contract for or guarantee any work.

Where requests go. Each request we route lands with one independent local foundation contractor. It decides whether to get in touch, visits only if you agree, writes any estimate and does only work you have approved in a signed contract. We don't employ or supervise it.

How the website is funded. That contractor may pay this site a flat advertising fee. The amount stays the same whether or not you sign anything or any job goes ahead. Homeowners pay us nothing, and we hand homeowners nothing in return: no gifts, credits, rebates or discounts.

What the fee isn't. The fee buys advertising only. It isn't an endorsement of the contractor, and it says nothing about how that business compares with others nearby. You can still talk to other contractors or turn down any offer. The cost ranges and rule notes on our pages give you one fixed yardstick for weighing every offer, and the license lookup on verify.tn.gov is open to you as well.

No affiliation. This website has no tie to any other business with a similar name, to the City of Chattanooga, to any city, town or county named on our pages, or to the State of Tennessee.
