Foundation Repair Chattanooga TN (foundationrepairchattanoogatn.com) is an information website for people who own or rent out homes in Chattanooga, TN and elsewhere in Hamilton County, in East Ridge, Red Bank, Signal Mountain and Soddy-Daisy, and in Cleveland, TN in Bradley County. This page sets out what our two forms gather, where those details go, how long they are kept and what you can ask of us. We do no foundation work of any kind.
What the forms ask for. On the request form we ask who you are, how to reach you (phone or email), the home's location and a short note on what you've seen. The contact form needs only a name, a way to write back and your question. We don't ask for sensitive details, and we'd rather you left them out: no bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information or passwords.
Who receives a request. A request about a home goes to one independent local foundation contractor and to no one else. It is not shared with other businesses, advertisers or list sellers. The contractor uses it to get in touch about that home; from then on, its own privacy practices apply, so ask the contractor about them. Questions sent through the contact form stay with us.
Storage and deletion. Each request is stored with our hosting provider for a single reason: so it can be passed on to that contractor. It is erased automatically 90 days after it arrives. We publish no phone number, so the forms are the only way your details reach us.
No selling. We never sell, rent or swap personal data, and we never hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Server records. Like most websites, ours may keep short technical logs, for example the address a visit came from and the pages it opened, so the site stays up and protected from misuse.
Your requests to us. Within those 90 days you may ask to see, fix or erase the details we hold about you. Use the contact form and begin with the words "Privacy request". The forms are meant for adults, and we don't knowingly accept details from anyone under 18.
Changes. If this page is revised, the "Last updated" line above will show the new date. The law of Tennessee applies to this page.
